Location
The resort is one of the oldest property in Cha-Am situated on the beach road 7 kilometres from Cha-Am town center.

Rooms
Rooms are mixed with superior, deluxe, regency room and regency cottage. All rooms are in large size starts from 37 square metres. Mostly rooms offer either garden, pool view or seaview. Rooms on the higher floor offer better seaview. Each room is modernly decorated with floral bed cover. Bathroom are fair. Rooms on Regency wing are larger with indoor living area. Deluxe rooms are all renovated and now offer semi-contemporary Thai style with white wall and dark wood furnitures.

Restaurant
Choices of various cuisines are available such as Bua Chompoo Royal Thai Cuisine, Sakuna International coffee shop with breakfast and all day dinning and Rim Taley Italian specialties.

General
The resort has 3 large free form swimming pools with outdoor jacuzzi, the 4 tennis courts, 2 squash courts and other activities such as petanque, giant chess, table tennis, darts, snooker and game room as well as traditional Thai massage service with fitness room. It is a complex resort within itself.
