The Suvarnabhumi Airport Passenger Terminal Building has 10 Entrances, 2 Service Roads, “Inner Curb”, “Outer Curb”, 7 Floors/Levels, and 7 Adjoining Concourses (A to G).
Passenger Terminal Building Description:
1st Floor / Level 1 : Arrival Lobby for Group Tours & Airline Crew Pick Up. (Airline Offices)
2nd Floor / Level 2 : Arrival Hall, Arrival Passport Control & Customs, Baggage Claim, Transport & Hotel Counters and Transfer Counters. (Arrival/Boarding Gates & Transfer Counters.)
3rd Floor / Level 3 : Access to/from carpark, shops & restaurants. (Airline Lounges)
4th Floor / Level 4 : Departure Hall, Departure Passport Control & VAT Refunds. (Duty Free Shops)
5th Floor / Level 5 : Star Alliance Airline Offices.
6th Floor / Level 6 : Restaurants.
7th Floor / Level 7 : Observation Deck.
