There are two terminals located in one building at Bangkok Airport. Qantas flights QF1-399 along with all oneworld flights, operate from Terminal 2.
Departure information:
Ticket Counter - Qantas and British Airways has a joint Sales Desk located on the departures level. Open from 2pm to 6pm, and from 8pm to 12.30am.
Contact the local Qantas office for assistance.
Check-in - Check-in is located on the departures level, Terminal 2.
Opens 3 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before departure.
Transfer between Terminals:
You can walk between terminals by following the directional signs. If you have a boarding pass for your flight follow the transfer signs to the upper level, pass through security and proceed to your departure gate. If you do not have a boarding pass, proceed to the transfer desk, which is located on the arrival level between Terminal 1 and 2.
Arrival information:
Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals hall (ground floor). Information monitors display flight carousel numbers. Baggage Services has a counter located on the 4th floor in Terminal 2. Open from 9am to midnight daily.
